- Delivery charge €3 for orders ranging €20-€50
- Free delivery for any order above €50
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 15:00
- Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00
Cancellation Policy
We can accept a cancellation of an order if it is done within an hour of the order placement. An order may be canceled only by telephone, not through the website. Amendments to an order can be handled only by telephone, not through the website.
Refund Policy
We do not accept any returns for Hygienic Purposes, thus, no refunds for frozen and chilled products.
